In this workshop we cover all aspects of feedback, including how it fits into the overall performance management picture, types of feedback, the importance of it, when, how and why to deliver constructive feedback and much more.
In the interactive piece of this workshop, the participants get to practice and experience giving and receiving different types of feedback.
