Project Description
In this workshop we explain to the participants the roles of managers and leaders, areas where they overlap as well as the differences. We cover leadership qualities and leadership styles.
In the interactive part of this workshop, we discover and discuss our participants’ decision making and leadership styles and the need of the leader to know and adjust to the individual styles of their people.
