The objective of this course is to develop coaching skills in team leaders, managers and executives. It is designed for leaders in organizations that aim to apply the coach approach to manage their people. At the same time it serves to strengthen the essential knowledge of managing performance of individuals and teams.

The course takes approximately six months to complete. Ideally, the sessions are scheduled every four weeks, with field work and individual coaching (optional) in between. The frequency of sessions is designed to maximize retention and enable formation of new habits. Workbooks and additional resources are provided to all participants.
